The Atlanta, GA affiliate focuses its efforts primarily on early care and education. Members are working to improve early care and education by assisting local child-care centers achieve accreditation, enhance the learning environment and receive appropriate teacher training. The affiliate works with the local government, policymakers, community members and organizations to ensure young children receive a quality early childhood education.
