Director, Child Development Center at Paramount Baptist Church

Job Description:

The Center Director shall be responsible for the supervision, program planning and administration of the Child Development Center and its staff, consistent with the written operational policies and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Federal and District of Columbia regulations.

Job Requirements:

One of the following qualifications must be met:

• A bachelor's or masters degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood development;

• A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in early childhood education or early childhood development and at least one year supervised experience working with children in a licensed District of Columbia Child Development Center or its equivalent in another jurisdiction;

• An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood development, and at least three years supervised experience working with children in a licensed District of Columbia Child Development Center or its equivalent in another jurisdiction.

Salary Range:
