Advertisement Opportunities

Air Travel/Airline  

American Airlines is offering NBCDI conference attendees a 5% discount off applicable fares. You or your travel agency can call the American Airlines meeting services desk at 1-800-433-1790. Refer to starfile number A61H6AC. You can also receive the discount when you book on-line at www.aa.com. Use the starfile number as the aa.com discount code.

Attire

Conference attire is business casual to business.

Exhibitors

NBCDI's exhibit area will be a marketplace of ideas and products. Publishers, educational supply companies, universities and colleges, organizations, government agencies, and many others will showcase their educational materials targeted to children.  For information on exhibiting at NBCDI's Annual Conference, contact NBCDI's Exhibits Coordinator or go to www.nbcdi.org, click Annual Conference, then click Exhibits/Advertisement. Jewelry and clothing are not permissible. Exhibit application deadline is October 5, 2006.

Shuttle Service: Super Shuttle provides round trip shared ride service to and from the Miami International Airport to downtown Miami hotels. One-Way fare is $15.00.

Individuals, who identify themselves as a NBCDI conference participant, can receive a $2.00 discount. Groups for six or more traveling to the same hotel will receive a 10% discount off the current price of $55.00 per van for a total of $50.00.

Taxi Fare: $18.00 - $20.00 one way, based on time of day and traffic conditions.

Rate: Single/Double Rooms $169.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Payment of the first night's room and tax deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposit is refundable at least 45 days prior to your arrival date.
