Conference attire is business casual to business.
Exhibitors
NBCDI's exhibit area will be a marketplace of ideas and products. Publishers, educational supply companies, universities and colleges, organizations, government agencies, and many others will showcase their educational materials targeted to children. For information on exhibiting at NBCDI's Annual Conference, contact NBCDI's Exhibits Coordinator. Jewelry and clothing are not permissible. Exhibit application deadline is August 15, 2008.
Ground Transportation
MARTA Train: From the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport, take the MARTA train North to the Peachtree Center stop. Exit toward Harris Street and walk through the Peachtree Center Mall to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Fare: $2.25.
LINK Shuttle Bus: The exclusive share ride shuttle service to and from the
Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and downtown hotels in Atlanta. Roundtrip: $29.00. One way:
$16.50. Ticketing counter is located in the Arrivals Lobby of the airport.
Return shuttle service requires a reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

Rate: Single/Double Rooms $184.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Triple: $209.00 per night plus applicable taxes.
A deposit of one nights' stay, including tax, will be charged at time of reservation or paid within 14 days of reservation but no later than September 8, 2008. Deposits for room reservations cancelled prior to September 8, 2008 will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled after September 8, 2008, no refunds will be given for deposits.
