Exhibits, Advertisers, and Sponsors  

The NBCDI conference is the ideal place to showcase your products and services. With nearly 2,500 decision-makers expected to attend, our conference is your premier opportunity to meet and interact with educators, administrators, early care and education professionals, human service specialists, policy makers and researchers who serve over 2.5 million children nationwide.

  • Executive Decision Makers: 44%

  • Head Start Employees: 20%
  • Nonprofit employees that focus on the emotional, social and physical well-being of children: 19%
  • Public education, state and federal government employees: 15%

Deadline

Booth space reservations must be received by August 15, 2008.  

Exhibit Rates

  • $600: Small, non-profit organizations and minority-owned business
  • $800: Corporations, government agencies, and large national non-profit organizations
  • $100: Additional for each corner  

Booth Fee Includes:

  • 10'x10' booth, 8' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket
  • 2 complimentary "Workshop Only" registrations
  • Access to all Annual Conference workshops, not including pre-conference seminars
  • A booth identification sign
  • General lighting and overnight security
  • A one-time usage of the attendee list

Payment

Full payment  or an organizational voucher, payable to NBCDI, must be mailed with commitment form before August 15, 2008. After August 15, only credit cards and cashier's checks are accepted.

Assignment

Exhibit space will be assigned based on order of receipt of full payment.  NBCDI reserves the right to reassign booth space to avoid conflict of displays or products.

Cancellation of Space

Cancellation notices received in writing on or before August 15, 2008 will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after August 15, 2008.

The Take One Resource Table is an economical way to attract the attention of our attendees.  You can send brochures and other materials to be placed on the strategically located Resource Table. Download the complete brochure and complete the Commitment Form.  Shipping details will follow upon receipt of form and payment.

Submission Deadline:  August 1, 2008

Submit on CD or zip disk with all linked files, fonts and laser or color proof.  High resolution pdf in CMYK are also acceptable.
