Booth Deadline

Booth space reservations must be received by August 3, 2009.

Payment

Full payment must be mailed with the commitment form before August 3, 2009. After this date, only credit cards and cashier’s checks are accepted.

Assigment

Exhibit space will be assigned based on order of receipt of full payment. NBCDI reserves the right to reassign booth space to avoid conflict of displays of products.

Cancellation of Space

Cancellation notices received in writing on or before August 3, 2009 will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after August 14, 2009.

Advertisers

All advertisements must be mailed by August 3, 2009. Submit link files, fonts, and laser or color proof on CD. High resolution PDF files are acceptable.
