Deadline
Booth space reservations must be received by August 15, 2008.
Exhibit Rates
- $600: Small, non-profit organizations and minority-owned business
- $800: Corporations, government agencies, and large national non-profit organizations
- $100: Additional for each corner
Booth Fee Includes:

10'x10' booth, 8' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket
- 2 complimentary "Workshop Only" registrations

Access to all Annual Conference workshops, not including pre-conference seminars

Payment
Full payment or an organizational voucher, payable to NBCDI, must be mailed with commitment form before
August 15, 2008. After August 15, only credit cards and cashier's checks are accepted.
Assignment
Exhibit space will be assigned based on order of receipt of full payment. NBCDI reserves the right to reassign booth space to avoid conflict of displays or products.
Cancellation of Space
Cancellation notices received in writing on or before August 15,
2008 will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after
August 15, 2008.
