NBCDI has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, where all of the workshops and plenary sessions will be held. Reserve your discounted room by September 18, 2008. Reservations received after this deadline will be accepted based on availability at the rack rate.

Reservation deadline:
September 18, 2008

Single/Double Rooms:
$184.00 per night, plus applicable taxes.

Triple Rooms:
$209.00 per night, plus applicable taxes.

A deposit of one nights stay, including tax, will be charged at time of reservation or paid within 14 days of reservation but no later than September 8, 2008. Deposits for room reservations cancelled prior to September 8, 2008 will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled after September 8, 2008, no refunds will be be given for deposits.
