For 48 years, NBCDI’s Annual Conference has brought together thousands of early childhood educators, K-12 teachers, administrators, social workers, health professionals, elected officials, researchers, and representatives from colleges and universities, community and faith-based organizations, business and government entities who share our mission and are working to improve and advance the quality of life for Black children and families through education and advocacy.
All refund request must be made in writing and received no later than Friday, August 10, 2018 at 11:59pm (EST). Requests must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 202.833.2222. Requests received by Friday, August 10, 2018 will be fully refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be processed for requests received after Friday, August 10, 2018 -- NO EXCEPTIONS. However, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organization. Requests for registration transfers must be made in writing and submitted to the e-mail address or fax number listed above.
*Please note that canceling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
