The National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI) is the only national organization committed to the creation of an equitable, just and joyful future for Black children and families. In our shared pursuit of equity and justice for children, families and communities, we are focused on the unique needs of Black children.
NBCDI is the leading member organization devoted to amplifying the voices and addressing the needs of Black Children by uniting advocates, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders. As an institute – we lead, we shape narratives, we bring insights and ideas to the table, we provide analysis and collectively develop recommendations.
